Polar Wire Products Single Conductor Flexible Building Wire
Polar Wire's Single Conductor Flexible Building Wire is a Class K Flexing Service Wire made with 30 gauge stranding for superior flexibility. It features excellent oil, heat, acid, and moisture resistance. This wire is constructed of soft annealed bare copper to ASTM Specification B172, and insulated with an extra-flexible extruded, high dielectric PVC jacket.
Our Flexible Building Wire is a multi-purpose product. It can be used in NEC Article 310 and NFPA Standard 79 applications, in temperatures as high as 105°C.
Single Conductor Flexible Building Wire is also available in tinned copper. Polar Wire stocks black in 6, 4, 2, 1/0, 3/0, and 4/0 AWG, and red in 2/0 and 4/0 AWG. Black 1 AWG, 3/0 AWG, and 250, 500, and 750 MCM may be special ordered. Additional colors available on request, minimums may apply.
