Polar Wire's DLO is a flexible single conductor feeder cable, tinned copper on 24 AWG fine stranding, EP insulation, CPE jacket, rated 2000V and 90°C wet or dry. Cut to length by the foot in 10 AWG through 777.7 MCM. Made in USA.

Features
- Terminates cleanly in a congested electrical room. 24 AWG fine stranding has a far tighter bend radius compared to Class B building wire, so paralleled feeder sets land at switchgear, UPS cabinets, and tap boxes without fighting the cable into position.
- Tinned strands hold the connection. Every strand is tin plated per AAR 589. High current bolted lugs resist oxidation through twenty years of thermal cycling and IR scans, where bare copper dulls and connection resistance climbs.
- 90°C wet or dry ampacity for fewer parallel runs. 4/0 carries 260A in raceway and 405A in free air. 535.3 MCM carries 445A and 728A.
- 2000V insulation on a 480V system. One assembly covers 480V and 600V distribution with substantial dielectric margin.
- Cable tray rated at 1/0 and larger. Runs open in tray from the generator yard through switchgear to the UPS room without pulling a separate raceway.
- FT-4 and VW-1 flame tested, sunlight resistant. EP insulation under a heavy duty CPE jacket resists flame propagation, oil, and abrasion, indoors or in the yard.
- Made in USA with rapid production. Ships from Illinois.
